Afgelopen zaterdag hadden we een hawaii party. Dit was voor een super goed doel: borst en eierstok kanker bestrijding. (dankje Hinke ;-)) NATUURLIJK gingen Myles en ik hier heen..!

Chloe Grae Champion

World, meet Chloe Grae! We are happy and proud parents, and big sister Nynka is very curious about her new baby sister.  The reason behind the name Chloe is just that we loved it. The same as how Nynka got her first name 😊  Chloe is a Spring time name symbolizing new growth: “young green shoot”.  Grae is after my mem, Grietje. Just like how Nynka got her middle name after Cam’s mom (Lynn). Grietje’s that leave the province of Fryslan will often go by Gree (English people: this is pronounced as grey) . Since in English this Dutch spelling would cause mispronunciation (again... just like how Nynka ended up with an a at the end instead of the Dutch way: e at the end) we changed the spelling from Gree to Grae. The spelling Gray or Grey would be masculine. Grae is feminine :) Baby registry: We really don't need anything, since she's our second. Decission made..

Food..!! Baukje, Myles, Pamela, Scott Rylia, Baukje, Lisa Hey iedereen, Weer even een berichtje van mij. Berlijn heeft een besluit genomen. Stond op de website. Er staat niet WAT het besluit is, alleen dat ik post kan verwachten. Erg spannend dus..!! Verder gaat het hiet ook goed. Zondag avond zijn we naar een Valentines dinner geweest in de Calgary Zoo. Dat was in een soort van vlindertuin, maar dan zonder vlinders en alleen met warmte, water en planten. Ze hadden allemaal tafeltjes romantisch neergezet met kaartjes, met als resultaat een romantische jungle. We waren er samen met Myles zijn vader en diens vrouw. Het was erg gezellig, leuk en grappig. Eerst was er een buffet, toen een pretentatie 'dirty talk' over hoe sommige soorten dieren op een gekke manier de liefde bedrijven, erg grappig en in de pauze was er toetje!
